I got a Dolmar 166 at a retired logger's garage sale for $50. He'd let his 17 year-old son try to make it into a "hotsaw" years before and so it was missing the air filter cover and all the intake parts. Luckily the rest of it was there and the engine is in mint condition. It had about a 3/4" thick layer of dust on it and everyone who'd looked at it thought it was a Homelite.
Lol to the homelite part. I bought a 133 from a dealer and they didn't even know what brand it was. ;)

The Doughnut Dropoff used to be an Auto Repair Garage, does that qualify my scores as Garage Sale finds?

Just picked these two beauties up this morning. An echo cs300 and a poulan 2775 farmhand, $25 for the pair. Brought em home dumped the fuel put fresh mix in and they both fired. Spent about an hour tweaking a few things and cleaning them up and here they are. 20160611_123627.jpg 20160611_123649.jpg 20160611_123700.jpg
Plus the poulan had a case and a spare chain. Pretty good deal I think.

I just picked this husqvarna 455 up from a customers neighbor. They were having a garage sale, guy says you like saws I got this "rancher" $80 it's yours. I liked started it and walked away $80 less but a clean saw richer for dad. This is just how I got it, didn't do a thing to it.

Needs a good cleaning. Primer buld cracked when i pushed it. fuel lines a little stiff but not broken. Will have to see if it will run later. Not bad though for five bucks
