If you haven't heard @Stevetheboatguy unexpectedly passed away. Steve was married with 6 children under the age of 9. Steve was a member here basically since the beginning. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to lots of us on the forum.
Let's help his family out during this extremally difficult time.

I will be getting help tracking the donations from my wife and @farminkarman will be helping track raffle items.

There may already be a thread, but I didn't see one on a quick search. Either way, I'm putting one together so thought I would do a build thread. Expect delays while I wait for parts, time or backtrack because I got ahead of myself. Also, there's multiple ways of doing it and some better than...

I've got maybe half a tank ran through it since I put it together.
It won't win any beauty pageant but it will cut plenty of wood for years to come.



The black spray paint didn't hold up so it got removed.

EDIT:
This saw will be heading north to get ported by @Stump Shot when it comes up in his que and will then go to its new owner from there.
