One can buy a spout for almost any can made. TSC stocks them. I bought 3, 5 gallon diesel cans and they had the crappy push in spouts. I bought the replacement spouts for all 3 cans and they work great. I even put a vent in each of them. They empty pretty quick.
The diesel spout even comes with the wider opening for diesel. [emoji106]

But do they adjust to rapid temperature change?

It's even better. There's no need for it to 'adapt' or vent. It is a quick release spout. You simply push it into the fuel hole and it then releases the fuel, and it stops when you are full.
If there's extra pressure inside the fuel canister, it simply fills your chainsaw tank faster - no extra mess or splash as the nozzle has to be inside the tank before it releases the fuel. You only have to unscrew it to fill it. If there's pressure, and you want to refill it, just push the nozzle to release some. Very Nascar-like. Built to last forever, and worth every penny(and they aren't cheap).
Go to :40:

No one flips the spout out on them like you see in the vid- usually it stays in the ready to use position. He seems to be doing it mostly to show how it also stowes away flush if you need it to.

There's a newer version out, but I haven't used it yet.

I have a no spill can. They work great Kenny.
If you want to fix your gas cans so they work, go to TSC and get the replacement spouts.
Not really sure what your after here.
I'll make it simple... no spill cans fukking suck!
The vent cap.... I need the correct vent caps.
Everyone I've bought is yellow plastic not black and wrong :(
The cans are available used and the spouts you can buy new.

Put the caps on tight set it out in the day heat and then put it in a cold area and tell me how great it was. It collapses. Not my thing but good luck with those.

Nope, it doesn't. It's rather thick. Like a previous poster said - he's had his 15 years. I've had mine 9 years.
Best fuel canister ever sold - period.

When I worked at Asplundh for a short while we had metal cans (eagle or some other brand I think). Those were the best. Tough and durable. But they are heavy full of fuel and clunky to use. I like my husqvarna combi can. It’s worked fairly well for a year and half. I do have to remember to release the pressure if it sits out in the sun though. The no spill works great for a few months until the spout fails and the rubber seal falls out/degrades and they leak. They don’t seem to hold up for years like the metal cans do. Imo I’m happy with a fuel can I can trust to leave out in the rain and snow and it won’t leak water in or leak fuel in my truck bed. The husky can has done well for me in a logging environment and it comes with several spouts that you can choose from. I use a no spill 5 gallon for the main can to fill the husky can up with.

I've had zero issues with my no spill can for over 3 years now.

That's the best news I've heard about a fuel can in years.
Thanks Mason... you get it like few others do. We get caught in the rain and major temp swings so snow and rain fukks things up along with rapid temp changes. If it pisses someone off they can just move along or stfu imo.

How is your winter season looking up there? Go till you can't?

I like these.
Already had one just like it but couldn't pass up a garage sale find for $1.

EZ pour makes a spout that fits the 1 to 2 1/2 gallon cans. The end of the spout is reduced in diameter which makes filling saw a no spill affair.
Also has an attached screw on cap.

They only carry 6 liter, pricey, but worth it, mine has stayed in forrest for a year now.
I have two of those, double ender's tho with 3l of bar oil. Broke the auto-shut off nozzle on one, $30NZD to replace. New version can is $85NZD. Saw on cotontop? that they don't comply Stateside tho for some reason but we have different legislation.
