That's a good looking pile of wood! For you or do you sell it?I just finished up ranking my locust score this past winter. There is about a half cord of ash in here as well. My calculation if I did things right ,there is 10 cord here not counting the 3 piles in the background

Not forsale. To much work. We burn it. Wife stacked the yard pile. Not sure on the time. Mabe 6 weekends. Stihl an husky wood murderers. Kinetic splitter from ebay. Cat 242b wif grapple. Cheby dump truck [emoji14] couldn't find pick of splitter. That's a good looking pile of wood! For you or do you sell it?
How long do you reckon it took you to put it together?
What all kind of equipment are you using beside the skidsteer?
Just saws and splitter or do have access to a processor?
Nosey ain't I , the reason I ask is because 2 of my son's want to sell some firewood this year, with my stuff and I've been trying to figure out how to make it the most efficient for em by looking at other peoples setups...
Thanks for the reply, do you like your kinetic splitter? Unfortunately I sold my grapple cause I never used it, but if their gonna sell firewood I wish I had kept it. And my dump truck isn't ideal for long distance delivery (single axle F750 circa 1976 ) but it will be good for em to have to load and unload a trailer by hand it builds character and muscles, well the loading isn't so bad with the 24' conveyor belt that I made mobile by installing an axle and a tongue to assist me when loading the dump truck with gravel from creek , top soil or firewood. We will just have to see how enthusiastic they continue to be after the first 15-20cords, they are supposed to start this adventure after the first summer football practice in about 3 weeks or so..( I will give em the benefit of the doubt, they already changed the oil and filter on the splitter, bought new chains and files and serviced the tractor and I didn't even have to ask em to do all that! )Not forsale. Kinetic splitter is the only way to go if you ask me. I think if you add it all together the amount of time I've waited on hydraulics I probably wasted a year of my life[emoji51]Thanks for the reply, do you like your kinetic splitter?
