The land owners I cut for wanted me get some fire wood out of one of the scrap piles they have . I brought two 562 with me. I smoked the chain after about seven cuts . The other 562 chain didn't last much longer. The logs were very dirty. I will probably go back with 404 chain tomorrow.

I normally only cut and pile the wood for them . Seeing my day was cut short with smoked chains, I helped him splitting the white oak I finished yesterday .

Nice Jason. I try to just cut it once and done. Easier for me to pick up. No cutting at home. Just split and stack. Touch it the least amount of times I can. I'm still cutting trees from the Tornado we had about a month back. Mangled trees, leaners, etc...

That was a real good load of wood for a small truck.

Wow. That's amazing.

It's been a great truck. Just over 200k on it. Doesn't use any oil between changes. Runs like a top. I bought it for 700.00 with a bad transmission. Paid 1400.00 to have the transmission rebuilt a few years ago. The overdrive light started flashing a few days ago....so I'll be taking it to get checked out. Aside from that it's been trouble free since the rebuild.
