Skippy nice work!

I don't have the best picture on my current job. Took down seven locust trees and one coffee bean tree (repeat offenders knocking power lines down at this home). The local power company worked with me on removal of power line in front so trees could be safely dropped. I have about two hours of chipping branches left then back to grind out stumps. Started this job last Friday. All material has to be removed even though it is on farm.

This is all but one trunk. I was working Sunday and this guy stopped by and asked if he could have the trunks. I said hell yeah take all you want less for me to move.

All the trees required a lift to take down safely.

Here is where I'm at today.

Thank you brother, the one they did was like a mushroom top was flat, sides were uneven, owner just wanted a few limbs off I told him I couldn't leave his tree looking like a disaster not if I was going to have to do anything to it. So I had to try and make it look like something, it turned out much better than first expected.

I got to ask why top a tree like that with no structures around it? In our area if you topped a tree like that later on when one of our normal nasty storms come around it makes a mess out of topped trees due to the reduced structure strength.

Yours has a nice shape to it.

Their is a house right beside them, owner was worried but if they where at my house I would have been fine with them the way they were. I always advise but tell them it's there decision on what they want done. Thanks @Struggle I appreciate it man your work looks very good too.

Just trying to understand why one does that. I thought it is frowned upon but sometimes it is acceptable in certain situations. After doing this work for four years now I quit trying to understand why people do the things they do. Unless it is crazy out of hand I just accept what they want done and do the job. Recently did a trim back on a locust tree which was trimmed straight up the customers property line (neighbors tree) it was to the property line but I thought it looked like hell but wasn't willing to go across the fence to trim stuff further back as it was other persons property and the two neighbors don't get along. Sticky situation for me being it was in my small town and I have done work for both people. Sometimes you just have to shrug your shoulders and move one with the work
