Just for updating, have seen results of:
about 2HP for un-ported but modified units;
nearly 2.5HP on a ported one (youtuber Dyno Joe shows the #'s on one he did, and as mentioned up-thread the curves HP & torque rise quite equally it's neat, was expecting to see way more HP than torque gain yknow?)
(EDIT- can't say I'm surprised at all considering the 1.5HP base level spec is on an EPA compliant unit and those performance-mufflers, whose only mod is an increased exit-outlet, show over 15% gains just by themselves which'd have it over 1.7hp and you can go a good deal further on just muffler-mods specifically the flange-to-muffler area with that sharp 90deg bend, it can be smoothed and, in doing so, "opened up" nearly 20%)
