No I carefully chose to leave that little detail out. I feel stupid enough as it is and she'll make all sorts of fun of me.

What do you mean TURN THEM?!?!
The manufacturer and the saw professionals who port my saws are the only ones allowed to turn those screws, I am pretty sure it is in the PSP by-laws.

I did a lot of reading on the AS thread about conquering a saw model. I want to be a conqueror too (and I want an Oompa Loompa now Daddy).

So I built this model with higher than average transfers and I went with 300psi of compression.

The saw has 380* of intake and exhaust duration, 420* of transfer duration and runs on nitromethane mix.

I haven't had much luck selling my saws here, so I figured I'd explore the unchartered territory of the food industry.

I built this saw specifically for RPM IN THE CRUST. I here that rpm in the crust is important in a worksaw, very important, and I want to be important too, and a conqueror or conquistador or something else. Just something good.

I filled the oil tank with olive oil. These slices should go well with bruschetta. They are now pre oiled.

Lunchtime.




I want to see it ran hard through a roll of cookie dough. I won't be impressed until I see some cookies! I have trouble keeping my chain sharp in the chocolate chip dough. That's the hardest cookies I've ever cut!

BS, my rpm app says 35K. I am not calling you a liar,,,,,just sayin'. I just tell it like it is. I only speak the truth. I am an RPM app engineer. But hey, it's your story, tell it like you want to. I just want everybody else to know that saw ain't pulling 62784 in the crust. Like I said, not calling you a liar. If you think I am, show me where I called you a liar. But that saw isn't pulling 62784 in the crust, I don't care what you say. Just so everybody will know, I do not stir the pot. It is my God given calling to point out the truth so this site will be the best it can be. Hallelujah. Carry on.

Most of the time I just touch the top of the chain and count the teeth as they go by. No tach or phone app needed. Most accurate way to check the rpm that I've ever found.

I should correct myself here. Dare devil would more accurately describe it. Which reminds me of the scariest ride I ever went on at the county fair. It was easily 400lbs.

Like I said a few pages ago. Your bread bakes too fast. These tests mean nothing until you run the saw through Northern Michigan Everything Bread. It takes a lot longer to bake than that crappy bread you guys are using:facepalm:
