Pretty sure BB kits were allowed in class II. I believe there was an addendum to include them. At least that's what I recall.

case hole openings are different i did some measuring for a builder here 661 cylinder is wider than 461 case and way longerVery strange how Stihl does quad ports, yet they seem to work just fine!
However, I think it would be more likely to be able to bolt a 661 jug on a 461 frame. The problem would be the different stroke.
Now, if someone could fit as 661 crank in a 461 case ...
