Im going to try again. I've got different encoding software that so far when testing was doing a better job. I'll post a link once it's up and running.

Peppers have been marinating since Sunday. I just use garlic, olive oil, sat and peppers-but they have to sit for a few days for the bestest flavor.

Gotta grab the last minute items tomorrow, like the arugula.

The mozzarella will be store bought this year, there just ain't enough time with this menu.

Some homemade cheese and dried sausage will be coming though.

Hope I have room for some saws. Finishing up Trooney's 262. First fire will be at the gtg.

There's a *s-wordload of food I'm bringing up. Sauce goes on as soon as I get there. Should be able to feed you guys Friday night also, no problem.
