I've stayed away from plastic and stick with metal due to the heat where I cut. But I don't have to hike with my gears, so don't have to factor weight.
Precisely why I want the metal can. None of the other manufacturers seem to make one in metal. Also it is bright red. Visible. The plastic stihl euro version combi can is probably the worst combi can I’ve used. It’s clear so you can’t see it in the wintertime with snow on the ground. Lol

That looks like how my uncle used to mount the 8-Track player in his '69 AMC Ambassador.
Seen a mint AMC Eagle the other day and had a hard time resisting buying it...if I didn't need some teefs pulled id have done the deal.

I had an Alpine "mounted" to the underside of the dash in a '67 Camaro. Fun times till I crashed her.

Edit: via bungee cord.

It was late when I posted.

Can say Ive never heard anyone say this before.:)
I like unique things. I collect them. Tools, friends, pictures. My father and I fixed up a 1967 mercury cougar. You could see a hundred mustangs but not see a single Cougar, especially a first year car with unique packages and a big block.

Sweet! The Mercs. Cougars of the 1st generation are as rare as the Zephyrs.

I dig it. My Pops had a couple cougars, my Moms had a 66’ canary yellow barracuda she would take to the strip to run on sundays.
