I'm going to have a bunch of saws for sale here pretty soon.

I need to find a new hobby. This "passing notes after school" is totally stupid.

I look forward to the video of the fistfight at the next TN GTG, and if there aren't any punches, or slaps in some cases, then a bunch of you fellas are total pussies.

Jason did wrong by some some folks. If he chooses to continue to deny it, so be it. He has to live with the consequences. It's his fault. The burden of proof is on him.

What really irks(Google it) me, is the constant taking up for him. This whole fugging saga will just keep going on, and on, and on. If people want to continue being his "friend", have at it. However, know that you are enabling his continued pathological behavior.

Lots of spite has been thrown around in here, and not all of it can be forgotten. How are some of you going to behave when your online chainsaw forum arch nemesis is across the cant stand from you, or standing by you eating a pulled pork sandwich?

I consider many of you to be friends, some very good friends, and it really bothers me that it all boils down to arguing, bickering, and inciting such anger over how bad someone screwed someone else over on a chainsaw deal.

@Mastermind and I will be having a conversation about what has transpired, and the best way we can see to remedy the situation, or remove some of the flies from the ointment.

Jason built this saw from parts he had around his shop, powdered the case, good plastics, and ported a good jug for it. He told me he didn't really want to sell it so he put a high price on it.

I'm not understanding how any inference to allowing both side of the story to be told here is a staunch defense of Jason's claims.

Deets stating what Jason told him isn't a defense of Jason. He's just stating what he was told.

There's only one way that the truth will ever come out here, letting both sides speak and allowing people to pass their own judgement on what they hear.

There is only one way here for Jason to possibly clear his name. Start a thread himself on the AS explaining himself to all, asking anyone without any skin in the game to refrain from posting, and holding his composure and not threatening people that say what he feels is incorrect.

There's a reason he hasn't done that. Where there is smoke there is certainly fire. I've heard enough to make my decision at this point.

Could anyone with a brain in their head believe that Jason, a guy who never has any extra funds around, built himself a nice powder coated saw for his own use? Then he sent pictures of the build to a guy, and overpriced it intentionally so that someone would not buy it? He got banned from his Stihl dealership cause he's competition?

Sorry guys, but my *B-S.... alarm has gone crazy at this point. Has anyone here never been wrong about anything? I've yet to hear Jason admit wrongdoing, even one solitary time.

But this lynch mob against him will not ever end until his side of the story is told by him, plain and simple. There will just be speculation, accusations and anger that will continue in perpetuity. Another 75 pages that gets us nowhere and angers us against each other at times.

There's only one person that can put it to rest. That's Jason, telling the truth, and maintaining composure.

This is what needs to happen, though I doubt it ever will.

I don't know the discussions that Brad and Jason had leading up to the sale. if I was involved in those text messages then I would comment more, but I wasn't.

Jason said that Brad knew what the saw was when he bought it and that he used a hyway piston.

This is all just he said she said though because only two people were involved in the sale and those two people are the ones who should be dealing with these issues. If Brad chooses Randy to work on the saw then so be it, it's his saw. But there are really two poeple who need to deal with it.

Yeah, you seem like a good guy. You're sticking up for people's rights and trying to prevent them from being ripped off. I respect that and I know where your heart is-it's in the right place.

But, you perceive me as having dislike for you because I don't agree with the methods of many people's handling of the situation.

Thank you for being honest, I'll make it clear where I stand. I don't believe everything Jason has touched is junk, probably the opposite, but at this point with everything that has came out, anyone who would question the fact that he is a crook is a damn fool. I like you Doc I really do. I think you are a very smart man, but like you said I think you think I have something against you that I dont. I speak my mind and don't sugar coat things just for someone's "feelings". To me that makes it easier for someone to understand exactly what you mean. Sometimes things get heated but I don't hold grudge. One thing I don't like is a crook, I won't stand by when someone try to defend one either.
