I'm curious if I need a different set of numbers for this crank.

Lower more open transfers or the same with more pressure? More questions than answers.

I'm gonna put it in there and change nothing and we'll compare video.

If it doesn't gain I've got plenty of cylinders we can experiment with.

I'm gonna use my ported red light for the guinea pig as always.

I got a cylinder and a 288 piston ready to go incase.

If the pressure waves are only for 10*, how does it backstuff a transfer that opens 20* later?

10° after the transfer port opens.

@tree monkey suggested earlier in this thread that the crankcase probably runs 10 psi or less, that means that the exhaust gases likely backflow into the transfers on every production chainsaw ever produced, regardless of the ammount of blowdown

smaller case means less fuel in, less fuel out.
