It takes mucho ponys to run it.
The chain on the 7900 is 3/8 but pretty good too,9pin on it
The 7900 has a 9pin on it but it wouldn't like the 404 that's on the 066,it's stronger than the dolmar by a good bit and it's pulling it hard.Mutt runs a 9..
Hell, I'd run a 10 if the freaking chain would stay on the bar... Lol
Not familiar with the "mutt". Explain?Mutt runs a 9..

I think John Reilly has a couple that are stronger. The Solo isn't quite up to it and has the longer stroke advantage.Mutt is a 7900 Matt has that mike built,it's quite stout. Best running one I've ran.
It's a well used 7900 I sent to Mike to do some stuff to. We call it the mutt, cause it's a dolmar with a husky carb and a Stihl piston..Not familiar with the "mutt". Explain?
John's 681's are bad dudes..I think John Reilly has a couple that are stronger. The Solo isn't quite up to it and has the longer stroke advantage.
I'm sure it would be close. I would like to see a couple of his against that one with the same chain/operator. I'd like to know how close it is without a head and big carb.John's 681's are bad dudes..
But I'd like another crack at em with the mutt set up the way it is right now.
He's gonna send me one to play with but I only have stihls to compare,I'll have to send it to you or Matt to see how it does.I'm sure it would be close. I would like to see a couple of his against that one with the same chain/operator. I'd like to know how close it is without a head and big carb.
Maybe we can get him to come up for the GTG in December. He's gonna send me one to play with but I only have stihls to compare,I'll have to send it to you or Matt to see how it does.
