Chain Build off RD #3 on CRS

Here's a shot of the 26rs I finally finished doing.

7 pin rim.I'm afraid I don't have any stock loops. FedEx man just brought me a stock loop of LPX that I got for this build off, but I don't have a 16 inch bar to run it yet....

Very nice, is that filed or ground?

I'm thinking RS may be the way to go for both work/race entry's. I don't run much .325" so Still have have a lot of home work to do. Also this will be the first contest I've entered.

I ran the LPX tonight in the oak cant.
Stock = 8.57
Square corner filed = 7.56

Not much gain there..

As close as some of the past results have been 12% is not too bad.

Some are like that. Try another loop.

Just confirmed it with 8T rim and bar chain mounted.

Set in stone. Rd 3 is 66DL 325 050

So far only 1 new guy from this thread entered. All the rest already been in rd 1 and rd 2.
Was hoping we would get some new blood from these filers. Just never know who the diamond in the rough is.

The test saw has been changed from earlier as noted in the chain build of thread on CRS. To many road blocks with standard rims and D009 mount saws.

So what's the hangup?

Hard to say.
That Oak tie i tested them in is pretty hard.
High rakers + low 50cc Echo chain speed probably not helping the cause.

Chain is set. All in thread.

My chains are in. Get filing when it warms up.

If your in the 325 chain build off. We are trying to hammer out a receive the chains by date. Need your input on this over in the thread if your in Rd 3.
