Chain Build off RD #3 on CRS

Somebody with username HLsupply on my site wanted me to post here to let you know rd #3 of the chain build off on Chainsaw Repair forumhttp://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/index.php . They posted in the CBO thread there with link here.

So here it is rd 3. If you think you can file get involved, if not step aside . 325 050 66dl http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/chain-build-off/chain-build-off-5237/

round 1 and 2 is is same thread. round or square filed 325 050 66dl and divided into work and race category. Going to be tested on a 362xp I built from the ground up from 2 bare crankcase halves.
8x8 cants for nice clean uniform wood.

Also there was info on it in the round square chain thread here. But seemed to be no any interest there unless it was a snackie pic.

I like making 2 post within 5 seconds. I prefer that over waiting 25 seconds. I like being able to do that.

Like to see some of these other guys that show these big gains with their square 325 join in. aka Randy or was it Jon's 38% on a work chain.

BTW, WHAT will you be cutting into for the chain tests?

Being there is race chains involved and we dont want to hurt any cutters. Nice clean cants. All uniform.

I was going to cut a D176 down to use on my D009. But finally gave in to just using a small mount.

Catch up for some folks. In past we have done 3ci and open chains.

This winter we did PS PS3 chain on stock 39cc and then on woods ported 49cc with same chains. Chains were filed with stock 39cc in mind. Saws chain was intended for IMO.

I honestly openly admit I can not square file and proud of it.

@skippy remember what I told you to look at on the PS chain you did. Make sure to look for that on the 325 chain build off chain.
