You can run anything I have that runs. Lol. No worries about ported saws. There will be plenty here.

You do port work? I used to be a machinist and tool guy for 40 years but a stroke 3 years ago and my shakes look like I'm trying to stab a fly, no Karate Kid here. Might bring a couple saws to leave to have you "improve" them.

Anybody want some pine or poplar for playing brought along? The pine is a little knotty but I may have some fresh poplar around that time. Round? 8x8? 10x10?
YES!! We've been talking about this. I don't have much right now, only a few smaller pieces of poplar.

Round wood suits me just fine but in the name of proper bragging rights, I'm gonna try to get some square cut to bring along. Can't give the husky guys any excuses when they get whooped by a Stihl

A friend of my fathers has a woodmizer maybe 3 miles from my house so if I can get some poplar cut down and to him in time, I'll bring along some square sticks.

Lol. You guys... so Dave likes the little sticks....

Who's taking charge of the racing? I'm not experienced and I won't have time to run it.

We should also make classes even if they're simple so guys like me will know what to bring to run.

If you guys just want friendly and fun grudge matches.... That's great too.

Some housekeeping... I'm planning on doing almost all the sawing on the lower loop this year. It should simplify cleanup. We will be burning cookies from last year at this gtg so feel free to take a few with you this year. Lol. Chicken is ordered and charcoal is in the garage. I'll think of more later.

If you mean the farm show complex, I'm around 40 minutes from there. I'm not sure where the fairgrounds are.

Oops, that's what I meant. Where they have the kick butt gun shows.

I might be able to make that if it's just a touch over 2 hours away.
