Buckin knew this wasn't about the saw. he knew it was about the covers. now I get blamed for sending him a saw and then saying that he missed the point. he didn't miss the point. he specifically avoided it. I think this was more of a diss towards the forum than anything, but the truth is every diy guy loses. if i can make made in usa stuff for vintage saws to help keep them going... why wouldn't he be able to get behind that cause? ... the best part is that they get to blame me for getting upset when it "doesn't go my way" ... whatever. oh well

Hogan is Buckin's son.

I don't have an original Hi Top to compare to, however, an old original Lo Top weighed in at 7.4 oz and a AM Turkish made Lo Top cover came in at 8 oz even.

interesting, so my top is more than double the weight of the original low top. stout!

hahaha yes! ill post a pic later, my phone died saturday and just back back able to use my wifes old phone.

lookin fwd to it :)

I didn't expect it returned. I would expect it returned if he really didn't like it though. Maybe that's unreasonable?
:nusenuse:

It's not unreasonable. Thing to keep in mind though, these Youtube stars are all about themselves and what they can get out of people - that's why they're Youtube stars.

One of the most ridiculous things about that is the ones that film themselves and make a big production of doing charity work, doing good deeds, donating money, etc.

If they were truly selfless, they would just do those things and not make a video of it. Paris Hilton has made 10X more money filming herself giving to charity than she's
ever donated to charity. That's how the life of a Youtube star works.
