Hey there, I'm new to the group. Not sure of proper etiquette in this situation, what do you gotta have for the 039?Evening boys and girls.
Firstly, apologies for crashing in with a sales post after months of absence. i'm no forum pro but i know it's bad form.
So, here's the thing.... My little business has outgrown its workshop again, whilst myself and the guys have been moving stuff here and there I've been getting a lot of hassle from my colleagues about the amount of chainsaws that keep appearing from behind boxes and on top of shelves.
So, with great pain and after much nagging, i've agreed to shed a few project saws. And by shed i mean in the "snake sheddding a skin" way and not in the "Putting more saws in the shed" way.
Although they're largely nothing really special there are a few oddities and oldies amongst them that i thought i should offer for sale here before they get put on ebay.
The ones i thought worth mention are listed below.
A scruffy-ish but complete stihl 07s which i've done nothing too at all but does fire on aerosol.
a McCulloch mac 10-10 complete and running but with bent handle bar
a Poulan 3400 counter vibe, complete and clean. cant remember how far i got with it, think it runs but not well.
a Poulan micro xxv , non av model, complete bar a bolt from the casing and half of the exhaust. runs.
a komatsu g300 top handle. complete, cant remember the state of play.
a Husky e70, complete, clean, still has transfer decal n the engine shroud!
a Husky 268, needs air filter and housing, would benefit from small end brg.
a Husky 50 rancher (white top) complete, runs, wants love
a Husky 254xp high hours, has new pot and piston, bought from a customer as is
Also for sale but reluctantly are some running saws.
Husky 61, clean, grey top.
Jonsered 625, clean, recent crank, cylinder and piston.
stihl 039, low hours, few new bits, just built.
Husky 266, metal tank handle model. very clean, full rebuild 3 years ago.
Jonsered 630, scruffy, high hours, but possibly the most dependable old saw i have ever known. actually, scratch that. she's staying.
there's a myriad of domestic junk in the store too but i know better than to mention that here.
If anybody is interested feel free to make offers.
Cheers all.
Matt
