Here's a 54cc ProMac getting it done with a 24" bar . It was pretty wet out there that day.
Only problem with this saw is you need to buy a supply of mechanic gloves to dampen the vibrations. Also hasn’t been made in how many years? Probably not a saw for heavy constant use anymore.

I just got a 400 from Harry and Kevin ported it..I've ran it with a 20" bar and it's got power to spare.

I'm not really in to it though, primarily because I can't tell the difference between it and a 462...they feel the same to me..but if you're looking for a saw to run a 20" bar and have the money it's not a bad choice at all.
But the 400 weighs at least 4 big black dildos less than the 462!!!!!😱

Don't make sense.

It's not popular and bad for the forum, I've found that out 100x over.

I do get the allure of some of the old saws and want some old macs to play with but as much as I like to pull my old 041 non av down ad run it or an 08 for a bit they don’t usually stay out more than a tank and back to a newer saw.

Didn't the OP ask which between a 620 Echo and a 562xp Husqvarna or did I miss something?

You missed that we're on an internet forum where the attention span is about 6 seconds. Lol.

Also, his very first words are:

"Looking for opinions on the best 50-60cc saw with a 20 inch bar."

Thinking of either a echo 620 or husqvarna 562, any opinions would be appreciated.
and...
Looking for new, I should have specified.

Agreed. But I interpreted that as meaning "looking for a 50-60cc saw with a 20" bar, here's a couple I found. Are there others I should be considering?"

It seemed to me the OP was open to other ideas and thoughts when he said:

I’ve got a 390xp with a 28” bar and a 660 with a 36”. Just looking for something smaller and lightweight.

All I used for years was a Dome top 10-10 and a Promac700, I still break out the 700 to drop trees for fun.

I have always been disappointed in 60cc saws. Get a standard carb 261. 620 and 562 are heavy, expensive and not that powerful. You already have two muscle saws. Get a limber with enough grunt to do bore cuts. It’s the one you will use the most.
