It's to be dropped off at my local post office in two days so that I can collect it and check it over properly before signing for it, but as soon as I get it home I'll scratch the green off part of the underside of a plastic somewhere hidden and share the photos!!

Box sure explains why saw stayed so nice of shape. Can't help but wonder though, where the British Army planned to use those saws, cold war turned hot? No matter, good score at any rate.

Even if it were not Army, the color is way too cool. The plastic molding would not be hard to change color, put in the dyed plastic beads into the feeder, just wait until all the orange were gone and good green comes out. The waste could immediately be thrown back after shredding. The case though, would be much more difficult.

Army saws usually are issued in such cases, often with a selection of spare parts etc. in the case as well. How much they are used depends on the kind of unit they are issued to, and obviously the operational status of said unit - then there is the question of "rotation" of the saws between units, or not....
