Thought I would report that I'm still off the nicotine, this is the longest time I have gone without it since I was in middle school. I also switched to decaf coffee. My blood pressure is now in the normal range too. My exercise ability still needs more improvement, I still get winded more easily than I would like. I've been seeing a dietician and very slowly losing weight, so hopefully that will improve.

Sounds like you are heading in the right direction.
