Good to be back on

Was unable to log on the past few days, except for some intermittent access. Got a lot of 'Server Not Responding' type notices. iPhone, and desktop computer. Tried a few browsers. Tried clearing my cache. Not sure if it was just a normal Internet / website type glitch, but wanted to let you know in case others also experienced it. Obviously, I am back on now.

Is there a good contact e-mail to use if experiencing this in the future?

After much network testing and documenting it with screenshots, I was finally able to convince a higher Godaddy support rep to get with the engineers about their DNS problem. They didn't believe me on Sunday when I told them their Domain Name Server was shyting the bed. I was able to prove them wrong at about noon today. They said Engineers would work on it. Hope they nailed it.
