Just a FYI, on mine, my coil was bad out of the box I had extras so put a new one I had it and it came to life. Had a slight problem like yours also Leafy but the different coil adjusted right up where it should be. Wondering if your coil was mfg late before they started Holiday???? Kinda figure that’s why mine was off and bad!!!! Lol

It may have been the heat that got mine
Near 100
And long blocking cuts
A few loggers told me that's what did theirs in.
A few guy's had multiple failures.
But oem coils are pricey so he
Keeps buying am.
The first one lasted more than a year
Not bad.
Huztl lasted seconds
Idles good though lol

Mine looked like it might have been the coil for the small diameter flywheel as well as sucking

First time I've seen this
Clutch type bearing oversized
Used as a wrist pin bearing
Oem on top can't use it.
Been in many of these none were like this.20180618_204203.jpg 20180618_195029.jpg

As long as the bearing will fit inside the piston it will be fine if it sticks out the sides of the connecting rod. It will center itself up and run along just fine. (Assuming you are changing the piston) Should catch oil really good. :)

It has a rather loud clunking noise
With the 372 oem bearing in place
Hoping to find a oem bearing that will fit in the oversized crank

Pro tip. HL Supply does sell a 372 coil but its not listed in the 372 part section. They only have a 272 coil in the 372 section so dont just blindly trust their website to be correct. If you do need the 372 coild from them you have to just search for it.

If your clone jugs were running well why would you switch to oem? Can you show some cylinder pics of your used clone jugs? How were they wearing? I have seen some flake the plating like tin foil.

Just needed rings but he wanted
It rebuilt like my first saw 50mm with a 268.
I always check port edges and relieve them.
But of course there's been a lot of bad plating jobs.
