Lay the D009 (Large Husky) bar on top of the D025 (large Stihl) lining up the adjuster holes, you can trace the D009 slot length on the D025 bar with a sharpie. Lengthen slot to the sharpie line, and the standard Husky DL chains with the appropriate bar adapter will work just fine. I used a drill and a file, took like 15 minutes tops. If you don’t want to modify the bar, you need to add 1 additional DL to use a large Stihl bar on a large Husky saw.Quick question, I'm mounting a 28" 3003 bar on my 288, how many drive links do I need, saw has a 8pin on it, and standard chain won't fit
