HELP! Aftermarket piston and cylinder with different timing?

ripped it apart out it back together, it’s idling but sounds like crap and I sheared the key and it keeps coming out of time.

Probably has aluminum smeared onto the crankshaft. You’ll have to get rid of the aluminum to keep it from shearing again. I’ve had good luck lapping the flywheel to the crank with valve grinding compound
