Yeah, there's an "update" on the ship date. Not going to say a word til I see the order go "out for pick".

They came out with some kind of deal that doesn't include orders already in the system, so I went and ordered more of these things today. Think I've got over 100 of them coming now, but with different orders/ ship dates.

Do you think that $30 for that wrap kit will stay that cheap?

Might be worth getting one and holding on to it.

Can't predict that. But all of the wrap kits are holding at that same price, so I'd guess this should stay the same.

I won't see one local until 2020 probably

80% of it is local guys, pretty much all pro cutters. Some of them are buying multiple units. Going to bring in some pizzas and have a "launch Lunch"; Husky rep loves pizza. Want to get a couple dozen assembled and ready to go before we start calling the guys. Cardboard dumpster is going to be full.

Seems the 372 is the standard saw for tree services locally. 572's to replace them when they wear out.

Those big west coast dogs suck for hardwood cutting. They are designed for thick bark fir and other species out west. That saw would have a lot more torque if it had the smaller dogs on it, as they mentioned in the video they wanted to put back on it.

I like big dogs for felling, especially if the base of the tree is irregular, and you can learn to control the pressure (or don't go down too far on your rakers).

I've never had a single regret about my XPW having big dogs on it. Maybe I'm missing something, but not sure how the size of the dogs effect the torque output of the engine?? Don't run high rakers either...

I agree, that’s why I run them myself. The stock 372 ones are too dam small but the west coast was are a little too big. Wish that had some in between. Like you said you just learn how much pressure and proper chain bite and they’ll work fine
