565 vs 572

What makes them different. I know with the 365 vs 372 one is 70cc the other is 65cc. From what I read on Husqvarnas website the 565 is a 70cc like the 572. Any insight would be appreciated.

565 doesn't have crank stuffers....not sure if carb & coil are the same or not.

I bought 565 its so little different and then it was 200€ cheaper.

That depends on whether you're talking about the oe or the xtorq saws, the xtorq saws are both 71cc.

Ya I should have said OE models. I'm tempted to pick up the 565

I have a 565, the carb fuel map or rev limit is a lil different ( higher revs ) in the 572 also as mentioned above crank stuffers and a different filter assembly. The coil maybe different since the carb is, but Im not sure about that.

I ported mine and did a flywheel shim timing advance along with a muffler gutting and Dang its 2x that saw at stock.

If the real difference is only maybe 1-2000rpm more on the 572 then IMO the difference is negligible. The higher rpm is what gives the 572 a lil more zing in the cut. I believe the 565 has a lil lower end torque ( likely from the lack of crank stuffers ) so if your going to use it for a big log firewood bucking saw that would be a slightly better choice IMO.

There are other ways to "cheat" depending on what your cutting. If your cutting pine and soft wood get a bigger drive sprocket then the OE size. If you want the higher revs you can try and get a used bad 572 carb and coil and swap over just the electronic bit to your good carb, but by the time you do all that you mind as well just get the 572. From what I have research the carb and coil in auto tune systems need to be matched. I have swapped the electronic carb bits on same model saws without issue. Like all the electronic saws just a proper muffler mod will bump the performance noticeably.
