Pretty sure @Chainsaw Jim or @Wolverine put a 394 cylinder on an 066. Can’t remember which one of them did it but it runs good.

Where did you get the full wrap kit with the crank case protection, bar guides, all that Jazz? I thought the Baileys kit came with it all for $32’ish bucks but the photo is not the same anymore.

The Bailey's kit does come with all that - they use a stock photo which does not represent the parts you're getting.

However, the kits (562, 372, 576, 390) are not coming with the chain catcher anymore.

So, how's the 58mm big bore running? I'd like to know what the stock timing numbers are on a hyway big bore.

sub'd! I have a similar plan, got this new 395xp hyway big bore popup kits from a friend (dealer) for testing. I let the BB saw compete against my oem ported 395, first stock with popup, then ported.

Looks not so bad, they have visibly improved in the last couple years

Husky really needs to do something about matching the shades of orange on their saws. It’s really getting out of hand ...

Echo is worse. I prefer bright orange that stays bright orange, but I don't mind dull orange, just don't mix it up! And why Echo has to make some parts out of non fading orange while other parts fade quickly makes no sense to me.

They suck. Timing is mediocre and the transfers are too small due to the large bore. Tons of grinding is necessary.
