Oh hell this story ought to be better than runnin a saw anyway!

I have a neighbor that grows ginseng and sells it on the Asian market. He has well over 100,000 plants at any one time.

This guy parked on my property and snuck onto John's place. Luckily my nephew Ricky was driving out to check his game cameras and caught the guy coming outta the woods.

Needless to say John wanted to kill the mfer.

I called the cops....

Tomorrow I'm gonna file trespassing charges against him. I'm not sure how much more that will add to his troubles, but every little bit will help.

That sucks, hope they take some serious action against him.

You likely don't get the local news from here down there, but a female cop in Westchester was shot in the face yesterday by a guy with a AK-47 who NYC failed to lock up for other recent gun charges.

Luckily, the officer was just grazed, and is doing well. My point ... they often throw the book at the law abiding folk, but let the criminals just walk, like of course they expect a criminal to carry a gun.

Yea, I know, been on both sides of stuff, and didn't work right from either direction.

I've pressed legitimate charges twice, both times w/o a satisfactory outcome, and I've had false charges pressed against me twice, and the record of it never goes away even if they expunge the record (the FBI still has it on file).

Took forever, both times, to finally get the charges dismissed, and then I had to go through the ordeal of reinstating my pistol permit. You would think that if the Judge concluded the record should be expunged, that they would just automatically give it back to me, but no!
