I pulled a muscle in my back installing some handlebar covering yesterday. I was in pitiful shape late in the day after tedding a little hay. Not much better today either.

Just gotta downshift and push on I reckon.

This ain't nothing like a kidney stone though.....that's the worst pain I've encountered.

i got white sulfur well water there is a filter at the well house and a charcoal filter on the sink.
and cherry makes awesome cants and smells awesome in the fire.
