Those Guidelines for what is Kosher have been in place for a few Millenia: I'm not going to debate their validity.

I am completely in accord & hold the same #1 & #2.

I Agree, What we lack is a general Respect for Each Other.

I believe We also tend, as a group, to forget that the 1st Amendment doesn't stop where our feelers start, nor do the repercussions of exercising that said Amendment equal the perceived Right, or Wrongness of what we say.

The first amendment states "congress shall enact no law..." It doesn't really address what people or organizations do or say. It really only restricts what congress can do.
