I'm going to get an 18 for my 262. I'm kinda a sucker for those Windsor/Carlton speed tip bars!
Those are nice bars for sure. I got Tsumura simply because my OCD dictates that my bars must match. Bonus is that they are very nice bars

I finally got to make a few cuts with my 254, I’m impressed, definitely a keeper:). Joe and our younger brother are coming over today to put some miles on our new saws. Little bro just picked up a new 550 yesterday, Looking forward to running that. I’ll get a video of the 254 to finish this thread.

Sugar maple.... THAT'S how you test a saw for strength!

I got to cut a few cookies with that 254 and I am impressed by it! Very good power, maybe not quite as fast as a 346 or 550, but that 2-series torque really puts the chips on the ground.

Nice build Josh! Can't wait to get our mitts on those 262s!

Ha! So that’s where all the good parts are...at Tor’s House!
I've not yet to see the plastic container, I think I may have a few more metal ones.
Next time I ship over the pond I'll try to toss in a handful of them metal container

I’d be interested in one for my 262 when you’re ready to make a shipment.

we gotta fix that for you, just let my know when your ready starting with her.
I only need to keep a couple for my last projects, rest can go over the pond to your guys.
I thought to give away parts from saws that I'm done with, 254 is one off them, not sure if there is good crank but there should be 1-3 oem jugs

Upgraded my carb to a 120 I recently acquired from @dustinwilt68 . Definitely a worth while upgrade.

Side note: I planned on putting a kit in the 120, since my 35B was freshly rebuilt I looked up the Walbro part numbers. As I suspected, the repair kits for the 120 and 35b are the same. I swapped the guts out of my 35b into the 120 and it runs great!!!
