Would anyone be interested in lamb/mutton from my sheep? Icelandic is supposed to be very mild flavor. I have to agree from what I've eaten so far. I literally have a freezer full of meat. I could bring leg/roast/burger. I'm happy to share for the GTG and/or sell you some for your freezers if you want.
