Hang a right just past the orchard and follow the path I have mowed. It gets swampy if you go on the path by the trailer. Staying to the right on that path (edge of hay field) is decent, just safer in a car to avoid it...

It isn’t too bad right now. We did get a soaker last weekend made the upper path by trailer pretty sloppy. Getting a little better each day.

Pork is rubbed and ready for the smoker! I'll be using Apple, Cherry and Pecan wood in the smoker.

If anyone is a bbq sauce connoisseur or you have a favorite please bring and share some. The pork rub is the latest evolution of my home made rub. Kind of a cross between a Texas and a Carolina sorta maybe? I will be bringing Sweet Baby Ray's along with the pork.
