What’s the difference between the 460 and the 460c?

This is going to be fun!!! 462s … stock, muff modded and ported! And not one but 2 500i's!!! I gotta see how they run.

The 462 is less weight than a 10 mm 044 and the power of a 460 magnum (a real one, with D-jug and DP (factory) muffler cover), and the 500i seems almost like the return of the 064!

the 462c is mtronic and the 462 is the carb version

I never heard of a 460 C, but most of the new saws with a C designation after the # are M Tronic. Technically, I think C stands for Comfort Package … but it is used to designate M Tronic saws.

Mine is M Tronic and says 462 C. I think you got Screwed Up with which is which (pun intended).
