What page is this from?None of my saws have pipes
None of my saws have race chain
None of my saws run on anything other than my normal mix
In short, what I bring to the GTG's is what I cut wood with. PERIOD!

You should put a ported OEM jug on your 660 and a jacked up muffler. Tune it to 14k and see if those foreign saw parts hold up to racing, I'm curious.Luckily, it never touched his hands! In fact, I may have re created it recently (with a little port work). The original was a out of the Box Cross P+C that ran pretty darn well, until the AM piston pin bearing started to go! Luckily I caught it early, and the P+C were saved.
That was a 5105 that T4driller built. I dont recall what he ended up doing with the carb. I know it wouldnt fuel enough.John....was that dolmar that was at the ct gtg last year yours? I think that was the fastest 50cc there but wasn't it having a carb issue? Did that ever get ironed out?
My saws don't get much use. I mainly use them to cut cants coming off the sawmill lol.
The one I built for Randys build off ended up in the hands of an Amish logger. I told the fella if there was ever a failure I wanted to know. Last I knew it was still cutting timber. You should put a ported OEM jug on your 660 and a jacked up muffler. Tune it to 14k and see if those foreign saw parts hold up to racing, I'm curious.
If not a used crank and jug sitting here are going in one this summer to try that out.
