AWESOME Dan and Sondre !!!

I'll be sure to pack a sticker of mine (compliments of the LI Doctor) for your wall

I'm probably going to have to swap a couple of mufflers and file some gullets there

If I find an extra vice settin around, are you looking for a second one ?

HOOAH: how to say OO-RAH with a cock in your mouth

Lol, you know the reality is I never heard any of that hooah / oo-rah crap until years after I got out. I still don't know what the fcuk it means, lol

Don't know when these Ultra Sensitive armed forces started that nonsense but it wasn't anywhere I was from '82 - '88

Probably started somewhere along the don't ask don't tell years...

Kev
If you have a little extra lathe sitting around I'll take that.... :)
Thinking something like a SB heavy 10 or a Clausing 5913...maybe a Hardinge or anything set up nice with proper tooling will do
Lemme know if you got an extra or so :)

A lathe is just a fancy vice that goes spinny round anyway right ?

What are you good at? Bring your best dish Ken!
Lol. I can't afford muh best, for how many head?
It would involve large, thick and fatty, bone in pork chops or steak on the bbq. Then, off to a nice pan for bit.
But, I got skills. Some green and seasoned cherry, three kinds :-) and red or white oak.

We're getting closer to the date. Are there any specific saws that I may have
that you guys would like me to bring.
That puuuuurty yellow 101 I wanted to run since 14' and the beasty big bore 166. Any 850 supers or 797 to play with?

Edit: 850

Lee, I still need a 390FE... If there's room
My buddy lost one due to no wrist pin clips in the motor. Full floaters in a reman Johnson and Towers FE390. Lasted 13 years and started smoking on one bank. Went through seven bad cores before we found a good one pover fifteen years ago. They all had rotted out cylinders. Three failed the sonic test. That's a lot of stinky mains and heads to pull. Three failed the screwdriver test. End up with a 360 block 0.060 over, still showing 0.120-0.190 after being punched, beefy iron 390 crank 10N10 relieved/polished and we found 427 football rods with bolts in one 68' 390 block. Scored a set of medium valve 390 70' heads in the block hunt. Matched/balanced it all to hypertec flat tops and zero deck 0.040 gaskets with ARP wave bolts. RV Cam kit, performer intake, six fifty, custom Hookers Jet Hot coated and port matched though out. It lives in a nice 70' F250 camper special with a sweet custom stake body dump. I did dress the bowls and the ridges in the pocket. 13mpg@55mph top loader 410's 235/15/75 single.
