I don't know but it's less than .195
I've never checked the timing but I bet the exhaust is in the low 90's and the intake is too. Lol

Ok the saw is on the bench today,I'm giving his cylinder back so I grabbed a nice KS off the shelf and cut 040 and 040
Squish 020 and after machine work it's
105 127 75 I'm shooting for 103 124 76

Yes.
Almost anywhere it can be tried I have.
Exhaust gets to low it becomes held back,looses the free feeling.

looks great! What do you try to accentuate while doing the work to the transfer tunnels?
I know you had made them rounded at one time and these uppers look very square. Have you found the square uppers to work the best?

That's just the difference between a KS and mahle cylinder.
A KS has bigger tunnels and small square uppers where a mahle has a smaller tunnel and big rounded upper.

All I did to the uppers is widen a lot on the intake side and raise them a smidgen.
I just left the factory shape. I can't tell any difference on how they run being square or rounded. I would much rather port a mahle because the plating ain't as hard and there's no plating in the ports,a KS has plating everywhere.

I take the entire transfer as wide and deep as it can be, grind through most of the time but didn't on this one.
I increase the entry angle on the upper.

I didn't time them.
2.5 or 3 seconds in a what,10 second cut?
That's a gigantic gain over a saw that was already ported,at least I think so.

It's just over 14k but I'll get it broke in and find out where it wants to run
