Jon is working third shift at a plastics molding place. He's doing pretty damn good. He works three on, two off, two on, three off. Weird schedule to me. I think he might start helping me again two days a week. I hope so anyway........I miss him.

So glad to hear he is doing well Randy, and hope he returns to working with you again also.

Your gonna have some serious grinding to do in order to make the 394/395 piston fit in there. Plus it'll be about 115cc's when done. It's a 5mm crown difference.View attachment 29367

115cc's sounds interesting! Especially in a 15# package.....

661 piston measures .870" from the top of the pin bore to crown, intake side skirt width measures 1.377" at the narrowest exhasut side is 1.484" total piston height is 1.70" wrist pin is 12mm
395 piston measures .813" from the top of the pin bore to crown skirt measures 1.48" intake and exhaust side total piston height is 1.89" wrist pin is 13mm

Looks like the 661 piston would require even more of a spacer under the cylinder. Which might not be a bad thing, that would help straighten out the intake boot.
