I have replaced the crank with a 12 mm one and have a big bore Taiwanese top end on it and it seems to go well . Sounds like more trouble than its worth to try and resurrect the old one

So basically it's worthless lol. I was hoping the cylinder would be ok and I could keep an eye out for burnt up saw or enough parts to put one together. On to the 390s then.
