I made pizzas for us and the mother in law. My wife and her are vegetarian so they got a Mexican pizza(taco sauce, refried beans, jalapeno slices, black olives, tomatos, red onion, and green pepper which I forgot) and a regular one with green pepper, onion, tomato and mushrooms.

Mine was ham, ground beef, and mushrooms. I use a dough recipe from an Americas Test Kitchen cook book. They were delicious!

Forgot to take e pics a of all of it, but spent the whole day smoking Saturday. Smoked some ribs for supper Saturday night that were amazing. Then did 2 chickens and 2 pork center loins for a family get together yesterday.

Thanks! I followed the 3:2:1 method and with the electric smoker it makes it so easy lol

Smoked another whole chicken today. I have tried the last two times to let them finish an hour or two early and then spend the rest of the time in a cooler I designated for smoked meats. Turned out amazing. About halfway through smoking them I put some corn on the cob wrapped with butter and foil in there and they were all still piping hot when I took them out of the cooler. The chicken was incredibly moist as well!
