Here's part of what I cooked today for a group of folks.
Boston Butts, One Brisket, several racks of ribs. Not to mention
the snacks we had along the way. Don't let anyone ever tell you
that a smoked hamburger is not good. I can tell you they are
marvelous!

It was cold, windy and raining today, so I did a couple strip steaks in a cast iron skillet on the stove, instead of on the grill.
I dredged the room temp steaks in melted butter and coated them with Paul Prudhomes Blackened steak magic seasoning before dropping in a 550 degree skillet. Five minutes on each side, to set a good crust, then finished in the oven to med/rare.
Served with some crumbled Blue Cheese on top, they were great.
I forgot to take pics.

Tacos and refried beans.
Best day in a while. I split wood for about six hours, then headed to Midway to pick up some reactive steel targets I'd ordered for my backyard range. This is the first weekend in a couple of months that the weather hasn't sucked.

Green bean casserole is good stuff. I can eat damn near a whole 9x12 dish of it in one sitting.

I must agree, I drove over 85 miles today just to get sunflower and sweet corn seeds for the fields. 20# sweet corn @ $12.95 # And about 60# of sunflower seed for the dove patches. Plus black eyed pea seed. About broke me!
