Couple weeks from putting up small squares here. I made some pallets for the bale stacker. Hoping to back em in the shed and drop a stack already palletized. Hopefully won't see any spoilage on the bottom row.

We can't get a break from rain to cut yet. Got to happen soon. Twin, mama took one and this is a bottle baby. Dad complains about time and money for it but I think he likes feeding it and having it follow him around.

I absolutely love the new rake. I’ve borrowed one before, but it’s nice to finally have my own, and save a lot of time.

The price for treated pine or fir posts is, quite frankly, ridiculous. I’m thinking about making my own, but I’m not sure if it would be worth it or not. I have plenty of this Port-Orford and Incense cedar of the right size for fence posts. I’ve thought about peeling them and perhaps soaking the bottom 3 feet in diesel, oil, etc.
Waste of time?

I believe you can get creosote to treat the post. That's what I would do. Do you have eastern red cedar out there? That stuff will not rot. Same as black locust.
