I started this build with a case half, crankshaft, plastics and a starter cover...

I typically test the saws with a 32" bar with a 404/063ga semi chisel chain... if the saws can spin that up with ease, I know the guys who run the 20-25" bars are going to love the saw.

Above was with the worn out OEM cylinder, below is the Stens 461 cylinder with matching piston... the piston that came with this cylinder was better than OEM, in the sense that they moved the exhaust side ring pin to the side so you can open the exhaust up considerably. In total I want to say I widened the exhaust approximately .300". Give or take .015" the cylinder plating is super hard and flakes relatively easy... above the exhaust it started to flake while porting... it took a while to smooth and chamfer... I'm still expecting it to flake... I'm wondering if this is a Meteor cylinder repackaged??? Does anybody know?
