People say the 395 quad ports outperform 2 port 394... but I don’t really believe that after running both stock and modified. It’s hard to tell a difference. I guess you’ll always get that one saw that runs better than the others.Nice. Older 394 were good performers.
I'm just heading out on the boat to do a little walleye fishing. Will dig up some of my cookie cutting vids later.

I actually prefer the 461 over other 1128 series saws... hybrids, 440/044, 046/460... but that’s just imho.Ditto for 461 vs 460. Stock most 461s are stronger, but ported … I like 460s!
I hear that. I like a 460 better than a 461 personally.I actually prefer the 461 over other 1128 series saws... hybrids, 440/044, 046/460... but that’s just imho.
I don’t like either of them stock. But I’m used to modified saws as you know lol. A dp cover swap changed the attitude of the 461 quite a bit. I could see myself liking it a lot with a max flo and ho oiler. The price of one is just too much for me. At least new. If I had to buy new I’d go 7910 personally.I hear that. Nothing stock is truly impressive to me, minus a 395. The cost of stihls is what prevents me from buying a new one. Why would I buy a 461 for over a grand when I can get a 372 for 650 pho out the door?I don’t like either of them stock. But I’m used to modified saws as you know lol. But what about a 461 that moobs got his digits into, how does that fair to a ported 460.
