I likethe looks of it.looks like a 6100 to me i like the air filter looks just like 6100.i wish they would have done something a little diff.on 64 73 and 79 series with the filter like this

How well does the oiler work on the saw Dan ? Does it have a adjustable oiler?

It does have an adjustable oiler Mason. With the 20" bar it comes with, I turned it all the way up. It seems to be keeping up. I'm not seeing extra oil, but if it oils a 20, I'd say we are good.

cool saw, not quite as easy to disassemble as the 3601 and not nearly as interesting on the inside but thats more to do with the reed valve setup on it is common to the 6100. I still havent had time to go run one and get a feel for it. Spending waaaaay to much time in the shop anymore and not getting enough time in the woods.

Im in the same boat! 8 to 12 hrs a day on a d9 dozer then shoptime after that!
