My Ted Nugent hat!! Almost 5 years old now! Wear it only in the fall and spring. I like old Ted!!!
Yes sir he's one of my favorites also. We had a daughter 21 yrs ago that was supposed to be a boy...hehe but that's ok. Anyhow for 8 hrs she had no name till his bow shop in Michigan opened and we could get his wife's full name. Two yrs ago Shemane found my daughter on Facebook cause of her name and we got a invite to meet her and Ted at the eastern sports and outdoor show. It was good

Did another batch couple days ago. I starting to like that jerky cutting board. One batch was Eastman's original, the other half was Weston's pepper and garlic.

Since I ran out yesterday, I decided to dry down another 5 trays of jerky. Taking much longer this time though. Almost 14 hrs. now. It does smell good though!

This batch turned out damn good, really like the flavor. It did take about 18 hrs. to dry down. But I think I like the slightly thicker slices though.

I make some mild for wife and kid and put the spicy on the bottom so it dont drip on the mild
