Husky 5-series tank vent mods

Question for all you saw builders. Do you find that you need to modify the tank vents on the 562 and or 550xp models when porting the saws? I know the 572xp benefits from it, but I’m trying to determine if should be standard practice on the 562 & 550. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I've never needed to mod the tank vents on the 550 or 562. It only made a tiny bit of difference on my 572 right near the rev limiter.
