Don't have the jacks handy to photograph but here is a pic of the pivot. On the top of the jack I welded (I use that term loosely because I suck at welding) two small bits of square bar to create a recess that the pivot pin (a bolt in this case) sits in so it can't roll off the jack unless the angles get extreme.
